REXCO manufactures PARTALL^®, FORMULA FIVE^®, and MARBALEASE^® brand lines for the fiberglass and cast polymer industries. Products include semi-permanent mold release agents, polymeric mold releases, mold cleaners, mold release waxes, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) parting films, mold polishes and buffing compounds, such as environmentally friendly PARTALL^® Coverall Film, a superior low-VOC, non-hazardous PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) parting film and premium waxes such as FORMULA FIVE^® Mold Release Wax and PARTALL^® Hi-Temp Wax with Teflon^®.

Semi-permanent Mold Release System -

• FORMULA FIVE^® Semi-permanent Mold Release System: FORMULA FIVE^® Semi-permanent Mold Release gives the molder of thermoset composite parts reduced cost through improved productivity and cosmetic consistency and lower rejection rates (less scrap parts). Semi-permanent Mold Releases will not transfer to parts eliminating the need to clean prior to post-finishing operations such as painting or bonding. Benefits include reduced labor, greater part yield (more pulls between applications), less mold build up and less down time for mold maintenance. Easy wipe or spray application.

Waxes –

• PARTALL^® Paste #2: The original green wax, paste wax mold release compound, available in green or clear, silicone free. There is no better protection for new or green molds. Available in Firm or regular.

• PARTALL^® Hi-Temp Wax:  Teflon^® (PTFE - polytetrafluoroethylene) fortified mold release paste wax, silicone free, ideal for use with epoxy and phenolic resin systems, also very effective with polyester and vinylester systems. Available in Firm or regular.

• FORMULA FIVE^® Mold Release Wax: Carnauba based paste wax compound with silicone to aid buffing and enhance release and temperature capabilities. Available in Firm or regular.

• MARBALEASE^® Slurry Wax:  A general purpose flange, edge, hat wax, silicone free, slow drying quick to apply with brush or cloth.

• MARBALEASE^® Polymer Concrete Release:  A fast drying liquid wax used on metal or GRP molds, silicone free, sprayable.

Firm Waxes -

• Special Order Firm versions of Rexco mold release waxes are available for high temperature transportation and storage conditions.

Parting Films – PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) barrier solutions -

• PARTALL^® Film #10, traditional alcohol-containing PVA with superior lay-out qualities, designed for spray application (also suitable for roller or sponge application), available in green or clear, solvent resistant yet water soluble.

• PARTALL^® Coverall Film, low-VOC, non-flammable, higher solid content PVA with superior lay-out qualities even over silicone-containing waxes, designed for spray application (also suitable for roller or sponge application), available in purple or clear.

• Partall^® OCF-55 and Partall^® X-08, specialty PVA, with higher alcohol content for faster drying, designed for roller application.

• Partall^® One-Coat, specialty PVA, with higher solid content and viscosity for thick films and maximum protection. May be diluted with water to suit application method or used full strength for rapid build up.

Polymeric Mold Releases –

• PARTALL^® POWER Liquid Mold Release,  a non-hazardous water-based external mold release agent that gives a matte finish (for non-cosmetic finish) to parts. This product provides multiple releases, ease of application, and minimal fouling of tooling during processing; is ideal for spraying on hot molds, for use in compression molding, resin transfer molding and filament winding operations. PARTALL® POWER Liquid Mold Release is recommended for use with most thermoset composites including polyester, vinylester and epoxy and molding processes including contact molding and closed molding. Suitable for application to high temperature surfaces or for high molding process temperatures.

• PARTALL^® POWER Glossy Liquid Mold Release is a water-based, non-hazardous, silicone-free semi-permanent external mold release agent that gives a high gloss finish to parts. Will not transfer to parts and interfere with
  painting or bonding. Designed for use on most mold substrates including FRP/GRP composite (fiber glass), glass, aluminum and steel. This product provides multiple releases, ease of application with superior wet polishing,
  and minimal fouling of tooling during processing. PARTALL® POWER Glossy Liquid Mold Release is recommended for use with most thermoset resins and rubbers. Applied over a sealed mold, it forms a smooth, durable, glossy film with excellent adhesion to the interfacial coating.

Buffing Compounds –

• FORMULA FIVE^® Clean ‘N Glaze, used to prepare and maintain  fiberglass (GRP) molds and to restore shine to oxidized gel-coat products. Cleans shiny metal and rubber rub rails. Gives a better, longer lasting shine with less work at a lower cost than competitor's.
